I'm alive

...but only barely. Thanksgiving was wonderful - we had a great time with Mel's family. We headed into L.A. proper on Saturday to see Mike and Tammy (Trevor's HUGE now, and quite the active little guy - we got him some cool trucks for his first b-day that seemed popular) as well as Brian and John who happened to be watching the USC game somewhere near LAX. (Well, Santa Monica really, but whatever.)

Saturday night brought the joy of a red-eye flight home with upgrades on both legs (yay!) and a 5-hour layover in Detroit that started at 6 AM (boo). I made it home at around 2 PM and immediately dove into the remaining school work I have. I wrapped up on my Security project at 3:30 this morning, so I'm a little blear right now, but it works far better than I was expecting it to so that's nice. I'd be happier if the division of labor had been more equal, but at the end of the day it's my grade on the line and I'm going to do whatever I can.

So we get to give our final persentation on our project at 6 PM, at which time I'll finally turn my attention to the two (!) Programming Languages homework due Friday. Sleep? Bah.

Like my work?

If you've got the urge to say 'Thanks!' monetarily, who am I to argue?
